You must come by City Hall and fill out a Utility Service Agreement and show your current government issued photo id to have utility service put in your name for Water, Sewer, and Trash. The trash service includes 1 - 96 gallon cart for trash and 1 - 96 gallon cart for recycle. Pick up is every Friday for trash and every other Friday for recycle. The recycle must be put at the front curb of your property. There are still a few areas of town where alley pick up is available for your trash. Check with your neighbors to see what is done on your block.

CURRENT MONTHLY RATES:
Water - $20.00 for first 1000 gallons; $3.50 for each 1000 gallons after that.
Sewer - $25.00
Trash - $18.89 which includes one trash cart and one recycle cart
Storm Water - $2.00
